Esports Academy Network
An international network for esports education, managed by IES. The Esports Academy Network connects academies, federations and training companies to deliver structured, recognised and certified esports training.
A network for esports education
The Esports Academy Network (EAN) was born from the agreement signed in July 2024 between the Swiss company Independent Electronic Sports and the Italian company Training Academy. IES manages the international EAN exclusively, building a network of collaboration between organisations, companies, associations and federations to promote and develop training in esports.
Structured, recognised and certified training is one of the most important challenges for the future of esports. It professionalises the people involved, opens qualified routes into work, and strengthens the credibility and sustainability of the whole ecosystem.

Pathways for athletes and for the professionals around them
Athlete pathways
Six macro-areas, one for each family of competitive titles, so aspiring pro players specialise in the game they choose.
Technician pathways
Ten professional areas: coaching, team management, project management, event production, content creation, community, data analysis, sport psychology, marketing and legal.
Modular and flexible
Mainly in-person, with online options. Each academy activates the pathways that fit its resources and audience, starting from age 13 to 15.
IES manages and develops the network
IES manages the international network, develops the programmes, guides and manuals, and connects training companies with federations and partners around the world. Member training companies gain access to exclusive programmes and resources, can issue recognised certificates, and open routes to international collaboration and expansion.

A dedicated platform presents the network, its academies and its training offer in full.
